the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. the hotel's staff was courteous.

This was a great and straightforward place to stay in a convenient location near the city.

The staff are helpful, offer great services. Their rooms are always spacious and modern with 2 queen beds, a heater. The hotel offers good choice of food that was outstanding.

The hotel offers a huge variety of outstanding food for breakfast. It boasts a magnificent location close to Fort Leonard Wood, the Fort, and stores. I would recommend this hotel as I truly enjoyed my stay.

This motel is conveniently located, close to everything you need in a very good area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The breakfast includes a nice variety, with the option to make breakfast burritos and flavored syrups. The night clerk is great, providing recommendations and information about the area.

The shower might have limited water pressure.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Fort Leonard Wood and it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance. The receptionists were super friendly and kind. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily, and the service was top-notch. The hot breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options like waffles and eggs. Plus, there was a pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day.

There were some disappointing aspects. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so the pool and weight room were closed.

One thing I didn't like which was minor to me was pool was to cold and hot tub very hot couldn't sit in it and the pillows to soft

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was generally clean. My queen room had a heater and a sofa bed. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious meals.

The facilities were very nice, the staff was very accomodating. One morning I spilled some coffee on my dress because I was helping someone refill the thermos (the morning of soldier graduation) and the lady behind the counter saw and came right over to help and even dropped off a food gift card later to our room with an apology note. My husband and I didn't feel it was necessary but they were very kind to do that.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Fairfield Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The beds were comfortable, and the AC/Heating was quiet. The hotel had great amenities like an indoor pool, well-equipped exercise room, and onsite laundry. The hot breakfast had a good variety of options. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

They were undertaking renovations - which we were not informed about. We were on the 1st floor which was right by where the renovations were being done. We heard power tools throughout our stay. But by far the worst part of this was the smell of the chemicals. We could not leave our room. I have chronic asthma and was in extreme discomfort. It was terrible. I asked the front desk if there was something they could do about it and the first lady said to me "they have the door open, what else do you want me to do?" The receptionist on the next shift however was a lot nicer. Also, we had stayed at this hotel 3 weeks prior and had a nice room on the 3rd floor - this time, although we paid the same rate, were in a grubby room on the 1st floor with holes in the carpet and a heater that did not work!

Close to places to eat, clean rooms, awesome free breakfast in the am, close to the base.

No exhaust fan in bathroom to help with steam from shower. Would be helpful for out of town travelers if motel would include the exit number off interstate.

The hotel is conveniently located near St. Robert and Waynesville, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of food.

There was a slight delay during the check-in process, as our room was not ready when we arrived. Additionally, our room did not feel as clean as we expected based on a previous stay.
